This demonstration grants funds the efforts of SEAs to provide well-rounded educational opportunities that expand student's access to courses.

Stronger Connections Grant - Bipartisan Safer Communities Act

The Bipartisan Safer Communities Act Stronger Connections Grant allocates $1 billion for SEAs to competitively award to high-need LEAs to create safer and healthier learning environments.

The T4PA Center assesses SEA needs and creates opportunities for cohort collaboration, delivers informational resources, and provides responsive support to help SEAs adminitser funds that build safer communities.

Title IV, Part A - Student Support and Academic Enrichment

Title IV, Part A promotes students' access to a well-rounded education, fosters safe learning environments, and builds technology use to increase academic achievement and digital literacy.

The T4PA Center administraters an ongoing grantee needs assessment process that infroms the delivery of a comprehensive portfolio of individual, targeted, and universal TA supports to aid SEAs in program implementation.

The T4PA Center is pleased to offer a Title IV-A Searchable Statute. This tool provides an easy-to-search, electronic version of the Title IV, Part A Statute as well as links to other materials relevant to administering and implementing Title IV-A programs.

Together with our fellow U.S. Department of Education, Office of Safe and Supportive Schools TA Centers, The T4PA Center is excited to announce the launch of four fact sheets intended to enhance state and local implementation of the U.S. Department of Education’s Guiding Principles for Creating Safe, Inclusive, Supportive, and Fair School Climates. This brief and action guide are companion resources created to support State Coordinators in developing and implementing public reporting processes for their Title IV-A programs. The brief serves as an instructional guide on the public reporting process. The action guide is a tool that may aid in both the planning and implementation of public reporting processes.
